Grand Islander Hotel Policies
Room Types
We have rooms available with 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, or 1 king size bed. We guarantee room type; however, we cannot
guarantee your room location.
Deposits
A deposit of the first night's stay is required for each room reserved is required when you make your reservation. Deposits are made
by credit card.
Cancellations
Cancellations from the date the reservation is made until 14 days prior to arrival date are charged a $20.00 processing fee per room.
Cancellations from 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival date are charged a $30.00 processing fee per room and cancellations made
within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 11:00am on the day of departure. Rooms must be paid in full at the
time of check-in either by credit card or cash. No checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.
Damage to Room
Damage and/or theft to any room will be charged to the registered guests credit card unless other arrangements are made.
Damage and/or theft will be billed at the applicable rate. Evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $250.00
cleaning charge.
ALCOHOL AND COOLERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON HOTEL PREMESIS DUE TO O.R.C. SECTION 4301.620
Miscellaneous
Rollaway beds are $30.00 per night, but are not guaranteed.
Each additional guest above 4 is a $40.00 charge per room.
Group rates are available for reservations in excess of 10 rooms for weekday stays.
No pets permitted.
Vehicles
We strongly encourage you to leave your vehicle on the mainland unless it is for an extended stay. Golf cart rentals are available.
